School is here!
Are you ready? Remember to keep the Joy in everything you do – including school! Where there is Joy, Peace will follow and where there is Peace, learning can happen. I remember my first year or two (or three) of homeschooling. Everything had to be just perfect in its place and if it wasn’t, I was a screaming lunatic! Obviously, we had no Joy in our lives and the kids didn’t learn a thing. Unfortunately, it took me a while to learn that this was not a good thing to do. So now we write out our Goals and Schedules and Routines and use those as guidelines. Things I really want to get done, but if they don’t get done – the world will NOT stop going round and round!
